Delivery Time

Delivery can take from one to several months, depending on the model you choose. Once your order is confirmed, we will first send you an estimated delivery time for your watch. Our team will  keep you updated about the delivery schedule, and as soon as your watch enters final assembly, you will receive an exact delivery date. Eligibility

Orders may only be placed by individuals (not companies) who are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase is for personal use and not for resale within the first 12 months.

Question 3

Orders & Deposits

Accepted Answer

A 10% deposit is required to secure your order. However, this percentage can vary depending on the selected model.

Once we receive your deposit, you will receive an Order Confirmation and Transaction Receipt. Please review this confirmation carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct.

If you cancel your order within 14 days of the Order Confirmation, your deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made after this period, we will refund your deposit minus any applicable banking fees, a 10% administrative fee, and any potential customization costs incurred. Once your watch has entered assembly, this deposit becomes non-refundable.

Final payment is due one week before delivery. If a completed watch is not paid for or collected within six months of the production date, Bianchet reserves the right to offer it to another client. No refund will be issued in this case.

Product Availability & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to Bianchet's availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in case of non-compliance with our Terms & Conditions, or in case of other legitimate concerns.

Pricing, Taxes & Duties

All prices are indicative and non-binding until an official order confirmation is issued. Prices exclude taxes and duties unless otherwise stated. VAT and customs charges may apply depending on your country of residence and are your responsibility.

Swiss VAT (8.1%) will apply to orders delivered or collected in Switzerland. If you are eligible for a VAT refund, it will be processed only upon proper validation by Swiss customs.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Once your request is approved, you must return the watch within 10 days.

The watch must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a return. It must also be returned with all original packaging, tags, protective materials, and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be fully refunded, minus transportation, insurance, personalization costs, and a 5% administrative fee.

Bianchet is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, we are not liable for delays in delivery caused by shipping partners or external factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and disclaim liability for any technical issues, transmission errors, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The competent court for all disputes shall be in Geneva, Switzerland unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Warranty

All Bianchet timepieces are covered by a 5-year international warranty from the date of delivery, protecting against manufacturing and mechanical defects.

The Warranty is valid solely for the original purchaser and applies exclusively to timepieces acquired through an authorized Bianchet retailer. It is non-transferable and shall not extend to any subsequent owner or holder of the timepiece, regardless of the circumstances of transfer.
