There are moments in design where innovation takes a quiet but confident leap forward. Where something familiar is reimagined with a level of refinement that makes you pause. The Bianchet UltraFino Carbon wristwatch is such a moment.

With the UltraFino Carbon, Bianchet doesn't just revisit the codes of tonneau-shaped sport watches—it redefines them. Crafted in high-density carbon, and featuring the maison’s first integrated carbon bracelet, the UltraFino Carbon is a statement in lightness, ergonomics, and technical artistry. It's a watch that wears like a second skin, but performs like a precision instrument—resilient, architectural, and refined.
A New Chapter for Carbon in Haute Horlogerie
For years, carbon tonneau wristwatches have found favor among collectors who appreciate modern materials and performance-driven design. But they often came with one limitation: their bracelets.
Until now, carbon cases were almost always paired with rubber or fabric straps. With the UltraFino Carbon, Bianchet becomes the first to achieve the integration of a full carbon bracelet into a curved tonneau case—a breakthrough that required mastering the complexities of material science and design cohesion. The result is a monobloc architecture, forged from 500 layers of compressed carbon fiber, each arranged at precise 45-degree angles to create exceptional strength, shock resistance, and scratch-proof durability.
More than a technical feat, the effect is visual poetry: the unique pattern of carbon fibers flows organically across the case and bracelet, giving the UltraFino Carbon its sculptural identity and unique presence.

A Slim, Extra-Light Wristwatch
Despite its robustness, the UltraFino Carbon is light as air. The case measures a refined 8.9 mm in thickness, and the total weight of the watch with the integrated carbon bracelet is just 62 grams. Paired with a rubber strap, that drops to only 52 grams—an extraordinary achievement for an automatic tourbillon timepiece.
At its core lies the Bianchet UT01, the maison’s signature ultra-thin automatic skeleton movement. Entirely crafted in titanium, and topped with a gold rotor shaped by Fibonacci spirals, this 3.85 mm thin caliber delivers a 60-hour power reserve, shock resistance of 5,000 G, and remarkable energy efficiency. It is as technically complex as it is visually harmonious—a celebration of mathematics in motion.

Ergonomics Sculpted by the Golden Ratio
True to Bianchet’s DNA, the proportions of the UltraFino Carbon are dictated by the Golden Ratio (1.618). From the curve of the case to the angles of the bracelet links, every aspect of the design flows in natural harmony.
The bracelet doesn’t interrupt the watch—it completes it. Integrated directly into the case and shaped with subtle chamfers and smoothed edges, it creates an unbroken line that enhances both the visual and tactile experience. It moves with the wrist, not against it—delivering long-wear comfort without compromise.
The hand-polished chamfers of the movement components and the warm glint of the gold rotor provide contrast against the matte, layered carbon. Subtle color touches—available in sky blue, red, or white—offer just the right amount of personality while echoing the rubber gasket integrated into the case, a Bianchet signature.

Tested by Elite Athletes
This is a wristwatch that doesn't just look like it can handle pressure—it actually does. In collaboration with elite athletes like Formula 1 driver Esteban Ocon, tennis champions Grigor Dimitrov and Alexander Bublik, and big-wave surfer Francisco Porcella, Bianchet has tested its tourbillon watches in some of the most demanding real-world conditions.
The UltraFino Carbon lives up to its engineering promise: ultra-lightweight, ultra-precise, and engineered to perform under extreme physical stress—without ever compromising on style.
Hand-Finished in Switzerland
From concept to final assembly, each UltraFino Carbon timepiece is developed, hand-finished and assembled in Bianchet’s atelier in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the historical cradle of Swiss watchmaking.
The in-house UT01 movement itself is a masterclass in contrast and dimension. Its titanium bridges, finished in black PVD, combine soft sandblasting with satin brushing, elevated by hand-polished bevels that catch the light with every movement.
For those seeking a sportier alternative, a natural rubber strap with a titanium folding clasp is included, maintaining a seamless aesthetic through a precise integration with the case.
The Evolution of Carbon Tonneau Watches
The B 1.618 UltraFino Carbon is not just a technical evolution—it’s a declaration of what modern horology can be: lightweight yet resilient, avant-garde yet elegant, uncompromising yet artistic.
Whether worn in a boardroom, a tennis court, or the cockpit of a race car, it reflects a philosophy where elegance and comfort meet performance. A philosophy where every gram, every detail, every spiral matters.
