SPECIFICATIONS

At Bianchet, we produce every watch on demand only. We are a small independent manufacture and therefore, depending on the demand we face, the waiting time to produce your ordered timepiece may vary. Yet, we are committed to transparency and straightforward communications with our collectors. Right after receiving your order confirmation, we will, within a few weeks, be able to provide you with a scheduled production month. We will then keep you updated quarterly. As soon as we are meeting your production month, our manufacture team will inform you about your exact manufacturing week. They will also inform you when your watch is in its final assembly stage. Currently, we would need approximately 12 months to craft this model.

1. Chose your watch and its options Choose your favorite Czapek timepiece and its options (if available). 2. Place your order Most of our timepieces are made on request. This means there will be a waiting time between when you order your watch and when we deliver it, as we must manufacture it first. Therefore, to confirm your order, a deposit representing approximately 30% of the final price is required to verify your interest. As soon as your deposit is executed, we will send you an advance payment receipt and an order confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the order confirmation. If you have questions or concerns or an order confirmation does not reflect your intentions, contact us at customercare@czapek.com immediately. We will inform you about the tentative manufacturing date allocated to your order within seven months of the order confirmation date and at least six months before your manufacturing date. Your manufacturing date is when we will proceed to the final assembly of your watch. It will be stated in your timepiece passport (the ID card for a watch that proves its authenticity and records services and repairs, but it also serves as a warranty card). Once this operation is completed, your watch will be tested for a couple of weeks. Therefore, you can expect a delivery 3 to 4 weeks after your manufacturing date. We will refund the total amount if you change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days. If you decide to cancel your order later, part of your deposit will no longer be refundable according to the following scale: After 14 days, your deposit minus 10% and inherent banking fees is refunded, Six months before your manufacturing date: 50% of your deposit minus inherent banking fees is refunded, Three months before your manufacturing date, your deposit is forfeited. To cancel your order, you must contact us at customercare@czapek.com. Ten days before your watch delivery, we will send you your final invoice and ask you to proceed with the payment. We try our best to respect your manufacturing date, but delays sometimes occur due to circumstances outside our control. A delay of 6 months or more concerning the tentative manufacturing date only entitles you to a refund with a penalty. The full deposit minus 10% banking fees will be refunded if you request a cancellation during this period. All orders made through our Direct Sales Chanel that have been manufactured but have yet to be fully paid and collected three months after the manufacturing date can be sold to another customer. No refund can then be claimed. Product availability and order acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of severe doubts about the customer’s compliance with these terms and conditions or in case of arrears. All orders placed through our Direct Sales Chanel are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Quantity limits may apply to orders for specific products. We reserve the right to refuse orders exceeding a certain number of authorized products at any moment without prior notice. Prices, Taxes & Duties All prices on this website, in any Czapek documents, or in any communication support (email, WhatsApp messages, phone) are not contractual and can be modified anytime. Only quotes or order acknowledgments (order confirmation) issued by Czapek & Cie are contractual. The relevant prices are our international prices in CHF and do not include any taxes. Please note that changes to applicable law between the date your order is placed and the date you are sent a written quote or an order confirmation may result in changes to the taxes associated with your order. If the resulting change is an increase in the taxes you are charged, we will contact you and ask you to reconfirm your order. If your purchase is delivered in a country other than Switzerland, your country’s customs authorities might request that you pay local VAT or/and other taxes before delivery can occur. Our carrier usually collects this during the importation process but also by your country's authorities. For US customers, an additional 3% is added to the total amount to cover the cost of US importation duties, which Czapek directly pays. 8.1% Swiss VAT is applied and added to all purchases made in Switzerland. If you are not a Swiss resident buying / picking up your purchase in Switzerland, you can claim a full VAT refund on leaving the country. Czapek & Cie SA will make this tax refund only after Swiss customs have checked, approved, and returned your tax refund documents to Czapek & Cie. Please comply with this process to avoid the loss of your tax refund rights. Declaring your purchases made in Switzerland to your country of residence customs authorities is your sole responsibility. 3. Receive your watch We will contact you to organize delivery as soon as your watch is ready. BIANCHET Terms and Conditions Application and modifications of Bianchet Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They apply to any order placed through our website or one of our Czapek Direct Sales representatives. Please note that you will be asked to agree to these Terms & Conditions before placing an order for products or services. Sales concluded through third parties (such as authorized retailers) are not subject to these Terms & Conditions. We may make changes to these Conditions of Sale from time to time, so please check back regularly to keep informed of updates. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website. Any new version of these Conditions of Sale shall take effect immediately upon the posting date and will govern any orders of products or services made as of that date. You automatically agree to all Bianchet Terms and Conditions when placing an order. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions made after placing an order will not affect that order and your relationship with Czapek & Cie, except as may be required by applicable law. Once your order is confirmed, all Terms and Conditions, including prices and refund policies, are fixed and will remain in force, even if modifications are made after your order date. Purchasing eligibility Only individuals (and not legal entities) who (a) have reached the age of legal majority required to enter into contracts (eighteen in most countries); (b) have the legal capacity to enter into contracts; and (c) use a shipping address in a country that we ship to, may order products through the Direct Sales Chanel. Suppose you are under the age of legal majority or cannot legally enter into a contract. In that case, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf, and they will be asked to agree to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order through Direct Sales Chanel, you agree to refrain from reselling the product within 12 months. You represent and warrant that you are a bona fide end-user customer purchasing for your own or another’s personal use and will not deliver, sell, or otherwise distribute our products or purchase our products or services for commercial purposes. Orders & preorders A deposit is required to confirm your interest in ordering your watch. The deposit amount depends on the watch model. We will send you your advance payment receipt and an order confirmation as soon as your deposit is executed. It is your responsibility to review the order confirmation. If you have questions or concerns or an order confirmation does not reflect your intentions, contact us at customercare@czapek.com immediately. We will refund the full amount if you change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days. If you decide to cancel your order later, the deposit paid—less banking or transfer fees, an administrative charge (10% of the deposit), and the eventual personalization costs incurred—will be refunded. Your deposit will not be refundable in case of a cancellation after you have been informed that your watch has been manufactured. To cancel your order, you must contact us at customercare@czapek.com. We will send you your final invoice one week before your timepiece is delivered and ask you to proceed with the payment. All orders made through our Direct Sales Chanel that have been manufactured but have yet to be fully paid and collected six months after the manufacturing date can be sold to another customer. No refund can then be claimed. If you order several products, we will ship the order only once all products are available (there will be no partial shipments unless otherwise communicated to you). Return policy We want you to be pleased with the product you have ordered. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return notice within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will then issue a return authorization within five working days. Please note that the product must be returned within ten days of the return authorization date (return period). Further, all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original shipping and product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place. Czapek will not accept any return if the timepiece shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or after the expiry of the 10-day return period. To proceed, you must imperatively contact us at customercare@czapek.com within 14 days after receipt of the product. Otherwise, your request will not be considered. A return in perfect condition will result in a full refund, less transportation, insurance, an administrative charge (5% of the total price), and eventual personalization costs. Liability We undertake to use our best endeavors to provide you with the best possible service quality consistent with the work done by all our employees. However, we cannot be held liable for any delay in delivering ordered articles, particularly for any delay in delivery of these articles by post, our order delivery partner, or its international partners. Despite our vigilance and all the precautions taken by us in dealing with the partners with whom we work to enable you to benefit from our services, we do not guarantee the absence of any disturbance to the working of our website and the parts thereof. Consequently, we decline any liability for direct or indirect prejudice that may result from access to or use of our website or some of its elements, just as we decline any liability that may result from the impossibility of accessing or using our website, such as breakdowns or interruptions, network overloaded, distortion of messages, deliberate clogging of the electronic network by third parties, access breaking down or made impossible by network operators ensuing impossibility for us to process your order in due time. Similarly, we decline all liability for all risks associated with the installation of software permitting consultation of our website or for any damage resulting from errors in transmission, technical faults, overload, or interruptions of communications. We have made all the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your credit card payments with our partner Stripe (www.stripe.com). However, we decline any liability for the use of this payment facility. In particular, you recognize that we cannot be liable for loss caused to you due to transmission errors, impersonation, forgery, hacking, or deciphering by unauthorized persons or authorities (Swiss or foreign). Applicable law These Terms and Conditions are exclusively subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction shall be Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction as provided by law. Each provision of these terms shall be construed separately and independently of each other. Suppose any provision is deemed invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable. In that case, that provision shall be deemed severable from and not affect the enforceability of any of the other provisions of these terms. BIANCHET, January 2023

Returns and Warranty We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased via our website or the Bianchet boutique. However, this does not affect your consumer rights in respect of defective products. We are committed to ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and has passed all our technical and aesthetic controls. The applicable Bianchet warranty covers products: All Bianchet timepieces, sold through retail partners or directly, come with a 3-year international product warranty. Our watchmakers will take care of your After-Sales inquiries and give you a prompt answer (10 days) regarding the repair of your watch. Watch bracelets adjusted at the customer’s request must have been done so by Czapek or a Czapek Authorized Retailer. If they are found defective, they should be returned immediately with all the links originally shipped.
